Production Notes
"The naturally frozen grapes for our Gewurztraminer Icewine were pressed at -10º C thus enhancing the varietal's intense, complex flavours. They were fermented in stainless steel to preserve the vibrant fruit character of the wine."
Winemaker Notes
Our 2007 Gewurztraminer Icewine displays rich tropical aromas of guava and mango underscored by distinct floral notes. Honeyed flavours of apricot and pineapple are balanced with spicy acidity and conclude with a luscious extended finish.
Food Pairing Notes
"Serve slightly chilled on its own, with foie gras, fresh fruit, rich desserts or a selection of fine cheeses."
