Tasting Notes
“If this wine were human, it would be blessed with good genes - no pinching an inch on it. Its home would be immaculate. Time spent - thinking - in front of a great piece of art would be cherished. It would be charming even to strangers - and never in your face. It would do crossword puzzles - but only the ones that require great concentration.” - from the back label.

Food Pairing Notes
Certainly one of the best ways to enjoy this unique wine is all by itself after a meal, without any dessert at all. If you want to serve it with a dessert, it is best to avoid very sweet foods. Instead chose something with fresh fruits, cheese or a lighter pastry to accompany it. A tiny amount of the Kerner Icewine also goes very nicely with a rich pate, such as fois gras, in the middle of a meal.
